OMEL Blazer Set

The OMEL Blazer set consists of an OMEL SRT Line blower and a soundproofing booth designed and manufactured exclusively for OMEL blowers.

They are light, compact and robust, offering greater space savings in the industrial plant.

They are delivered prepared for modular layout configurations where the assembly of a series of side-by-side cabins can be carried out with a small spacing between them.

Project Features

Front panel with instrumentation: Direct control of internal cabin temperature, blower discharge pressure and indicator of increased air filter pressure loss.
Front and rear doors: Facilitates quick access for maintenance of the blower and check and relief valves, as well as for correcting belt tension, without the need to remove components.
Easy access to the air filter: change the filter element through the front door.
Fan and ducts for air circulation: sized to maintain ideal working conditions for the blower.
Door opening sensor and pulley and belt protection: much greater safety for the operator. Complies with NR-12
IPT certified acoustic insulation: 100% recyclable and self-extinguishing PET wool.
Made with recyclable materials: OMEL is always concerned with preserving the environment.
