Rotameters
OMEL manufactures a complete line of rotameters designed to measure the flow of liquid or gaseous fluids with the most different capacities and physical characteristics, with calibration according to the customer’s needs, avoiding standardized scales and conversion tables.
Rotameter P
Model P rotameters are available in 1/8”, 1/4” and 1/2” sizes for reading low gas or liquid flows. They are available in three versions, with useful scales of 60 mm (1P5), 150 mm (3P5) for the same flow ranges, and 250 mm (4P5) for higher flows. When coupled to differential pressure regulators, rotameters can control liquid or gas flows even with pressure variations upstream or downstream of the device.

Rotameter 1P5P
The 1P5P rotameters are manufactured entirely from injected plastic and are a lightweight and economical version compared to standard rotameters made from aluminum or stainless steel. They offer precision equivalent to that of 1P type rotameters. Suitable for reading low flow rates of gases or liquids.

Rotameter J
Model J rotameters are instantaneous flow meters for liquids (translucent or opaque) or gases, fully metallic, operating at relatively low flow rates, high pressures and temperatures.

Rotameter T
Model T rotameters are simple in construction with a borosilicate glass tube and float, ideal for measuring liquid or gaseous fluids that pass through a pipeline under conditions compatible with the limits of use. Versions with threaded or flange type connection.

Rotameter N
Model N rotameters can be installed directly on the main line or in bypass. With a robust design and construction, they can have lateral, vertical or mixed inlets and outlets, depending on the customer’s needs, and are equipped with full protection for the borosilicate glass.

Rotameter M250
It is a variable area flow meter, manufactured in AISI 316 or 316L stainless steel, with a conical bushing, float, in addition to the indication unit that can be connected to alarms or electronic transmitters, as measuring elements.

Rotameter R4M
The R4M model metal rotameters were developed for measuring the flow of liquid or gaseous fluids, in which high pressures or temperatures, opaque fluids or corrosive conditions prevent the use of rotameters with glass tubes.
