Rotameter R4M
The R4M model metal rotameters were developed for measuring the flow of liquid or gaseous fluids, in which high pressures or temperatures, opaque fluids or corrosive conditions prevent the use of rotameters with glass tubes. The float is guided by a rod with a magnet at the end, which in turn runs inside a guide tube and externally drags the indicator ring that will provide a direct reading of the flow rate on a graduated scale fixed laterally to it.

Project Features
- They cover a wide range of flow rates in sizes from 3/4” to 3”.
- Vertical input and horizontal output.
- The connections are flanged according to ANSI Standard 150 PSI RF (standard) to 1500 PSI (special) or others upon request, forming a 90° angle.
- Body manufactured in cast iron ASTM A48 CL.35, carbon steel, ASTM A744 CF8 and CF8M (AISI 304 and 316), Alloy-20, HASTELLOY B and HASTELLOY C (other materials on request).
- Measuring cone and float: ASTM A744 CF8 and CF8M, Alloy-20, HASTELLOY B and HASTELLOY C, among others subject to consultation.
- Gaskets: neoprene, PTFE, Viton
- Various accessories and equipment attached to the extension are available, such as: electrical transmitters and flow alarms.
- 360º reading indication.
