BLV Vacuum Pump
The BLN series liquid ring vacuum pump operates with auxiliary liquid (usually water) in controlled quantity.
Operational Parameters
Capacity: _____________________ up to 10.700 m3/h
Vacuum: ___________________________ up to 30 torr
Project Features
- Composed of rotors and plates;
- Eccentric intermediate elements made of carbon steel;
- Shaft made of chrome steel;
- The pumps can be manufactured in cast iron, carbon steel, or stainless steel AISI 304 and 316, subject to consultation for other special alloys. They also accept construction with mixed materials such as stainless steel rotors and plates and eccentric lateral and intermediate elements in cast iron.
Advantages
- When sucking dry or saturated gases, it allows the entry of liquids that may be entrained, reaching a vacuum of 30 mbar or even more when fed with low vapor pressure fluid or in series with ejectors or BOOSTERS®;
- Sealing by gaskets or mechanical seal;
- Low noise and vibration levels.
Applications
- Liquid ring vacuum pumps have applications in various industrial processes such as: degassing, cooking, deodorization, deaeration, concentration, condenser exhaustion, distillation, solvent recovery, plastic extrusion, vacuum filtration, centrifugal pump priming, vacuum packaging, among others.
